You're using electron current when you think of current as flowing from negative to positive, in the directions that the electrons are actually moving.
You're using conventional current when you think of current as flowing from positive to negative. It's "conventional" because it was the agreed upon convention before it was discovered that current was actually flowing the other way.
We've been using electron current so far, but as of this lesson we are switching to using conventional current. Despite the fact that its technically wrong to say that current is flowing from positive to negative, in time you'll see why people generally agree it makes circuits easier to understand.
