You'll also need this multimeter and this oscilloscope.

You'll also need some sort of powered speaker. Everything we do audio-wise will be with 1/8" stereo aux jacks and cables... so if you want to use a guitar amp or audio interface with a 1/4" input you'll need to get your own adapter.

If I can't lend you a kit and you're planning to buy your own parts, I'd strongly recommend using only the exact ones linked above. Many of these parts have specs and nuances you don't yet know about, and so searching for similar parts and ordering the least expensive variations you can find will likely result in getting something that won't work for our purposes, or could even be a safety hazard, for reasons that wouldn't yet be clear to you.
